Return Policy

Product exchange/return is possible in the following cases:
    • The product is damaged during transportation;
    • The product was found to have a factory defect;
    • Product characteristics do not match, differ from the characteristics described on the website;
    • Another product was received in error.
In case of other reasons, the order is not subject to return.
In the case of a justified claim, the buyer is obliged to notify the company about the current situation within 3 working days of receiving the item and to send the purchased item within 3 working days of the notification. The cost of transportation is covered by the company. Item to be returned:
  • should not be washed;
  • should not be used;
  • The packaging must not be damaged.
